BADAL: The New Identity Of Bastar; Benchmark Of Folk Culture And Folk Tradition
This initiative was promulgated with the aim of conserving and promoting art form which has been inherited by artists through a chain of discipline succession since time immemorial and so that the same can be transferred to the interested individuals from around the country and world.
“The main purpose of BADAL is to conserve the art, culture, tradition, and skill sets, original to the region and transfer it to our next generation in its pure form. With this thing in mind, we established BADAL and also involved a large number of faculty with us,” shared Mr. Kumar.

BADAL Establishment
By Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel Badal was inaugurated on 17/10/2021.

1. Name of the office building Shaheed Veer Jhada Muria who is named after Siraha He was the leader of the rebellion.
2. Name of the residential building Shaheed Gend Singh Named after He used to be a landlord, he was the first of Bastar. He is called a martyr.
3. Name of the training building of Veer Gundadhur Named after him. He was the leader of the Bhumkal rebellion of 9010.
